Refund policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Conditions for Returns

1. Cancellations within 24 hours of a class start time will forfeit the class payment

2. Cancellations outside of 24 hours from class start time will result in the payment being refunded, unless there are multiple and repeated cancellations from the same client.  If there are repeated last minute cancellations this may result in suspension of service.

3. At the time of cancellation, the spot will be opened up again for further booking, regardless of whether or not the payment is refunded to the original participant
4. Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to be processed
